Hi Parkwood,
Thanks for that, With increased age and health complications people require frequent claims from insurance policies from where they can claim their individual expenses. Senior health insurance is of the utmost need. However, the question looming large at this point is how one can acquire quality senior health insurance. Since people at this age are at a higher risk zone, insurance policy outlines are not outlaid by thinking about their benefits.

PERKS OF BEING OVER 55

1. Kidnappers are not very interested in you.
2. In a hostage situation you are likely to be released first.
3. No one expects you to run--anywhere.
4. People call at 9 pm and ask, " Did I wake you?"
5. People no longer view you as a hypochondriac.
6. There is nothing left to learn the hard way.
7. Things you buy now won't wear out.
8. You can eat dinner at 4 pm.
9. You can live without sex but not your glasses.
10. You enjoy hearing about other people's operations.
11. You get into heated arguments about pension plans.
12. You no longer think of speed limits as a challenge.
13. You quit trying to hold your stomach in no matter who walks into the room.
14. You sing along with elevator music.
15. Your eyes won't get much worse.
16. Your investment in health insurance is finally beginning to pay off.
17. Your joint s are more accurate meteorologists than the national weather service.
18. Your secrets are safe with your friends because they can't remember them either.
19. Your supply of brain cells is finally down to manageable size.
20. You can't remember who sent you this list.

a big problem you have in life is what will you do with your life? where will you live? what kind of job will you have? after you retire you are faced with these decisions all over again. where will you live out your last years? but just as important what will you do? no one wants to sit in a old folks home and be fed etc, do they? my own strategy is to remain healthy for a long as i can. that is number one. then i face getting old as it comes but if i am still mobile and my head still works that’s half the game right there.

i exercise now 4 times a week and it sure has made a difference. got my weight down even though at age 18 when i went into the army i only weight 104 lbs. now i am hovering around 150. i never thought that was heavy. i am 5'8" but my doctor said i am ok but to lose 2 or 3 pounds over the last 6 months was recommended. i never thought i would be told to lose weight but every little thing counts. i have one business going and i have just started up a new one that is a real brain teaser. i am moving into internet affiliate marketing and it sure is challenging. i would say all of the above are important but the one that has done the most for me is the exercise. i am by nature lazy and i hate exercise so it was the one that i needed the most.
