Our Executive Director, Sharon Weinel is a seasoned geriatric case manager who will meet with you to answer your's and your family's questions and provide information. During this conversation, together we will begin identifying the next steps to take to access services and resources necessary to address your needs and desires.
Our ultimate goal is to make this transitional period as simple and stress-free as possible. Regardless of whether you choose Parkwood Heights as your future residence, we will always be available as a resource and support system for every stage of this process.
