How do I know if Parkwood Heights is right for me?

  • The Parkwood Heights campus offers unique living options- individually owned patio homes or senior apartments. With additional conveniences available, you can work with Parkwood’s Hospitality Team to create a living environment that is just right for your lifestyle, needs, and of course, your wishes!

Can I bring my pet with me to my new home?

  • Absolutely! We realize how important your furry friend is to you, and would never ask you to make such a big decision without them!

What is the monthly rent at Parkwood?

  • Parkwood Heights’ founding mission was to create an attractive and supportive lifestyle by offering basic services to all of our residents. By bundling services such as a chef-prepared daily meal, housekeeping, activities, scheduled transportation and more into one low monthly fee, Parkwood residents are able to enjoy all of these services and not worry about fluctuating grocery and utility bills. What kind of services are available should my health or personal
needs increase?

  • Wouldn’t it be great if we all had a crystal ball and could see what the future holds for us? Probably, but then what would life be like without the good surprises? Realizing that as we age, our needs are more likely to increase than decrease, Parkwood has added a Menu of Additional Conveniences to personally fit your individual needs. Our Senior Living Counselor can sit down with you and carefully design a service package just for you. Services can be utilized on an a la carte basis if only a few services are needed, or an affordable package can be designed if more services are needed.

Are the new homes leased or owned?

  • You have your choice of either leasing a new home or buying it out right. Should you choose to buy you would own the home and land.

Do you have different floor plans available?

  • We have several to choose from 1,010 to 1,800+ square feet

If I purchase a home what are the fees?

  • The monthly Home Owners Association fee is $42.78 plus $5.00 for each additional person and includes trash pick up and access to all of the community center events and amenities.
